Directions for Use

This product is commercial strength, super-concentrated & economical to use. It only cost pennies per application!

DIRECTIONS: Shake Well. Test on a hidden area for color fastness. Remove excess soil and waste matter.

Saturate soiled area with ATX Odor Kill. Apply as direct spray, or in an atomizer. Work solution into surface with clean cloth or brush. Allow to dry. Reapply if needed.

The light fragrance dissipates in 15-20 minutes and leaves no residual odor or tacky surface to prevent re-soiling.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS: Fill to mark with ATX ODOR KILL then fill bottle with warm water. OR use 1 part ATX ODOR KILL and 10 parts warm water.
SAFETY: ATX's Odor Kill & Stain Remover is safe when used as directed; like all enzyme biotechnology products, keep out of eyes and children's reach.

For General Use: mix 10 parts water + 1 part ATX's ODOR KILL & Stain Remover. Mix is highly effective for 5 days after mixing.

For Maintenance Use: Mix mix 20 parts water + 1 part ATX's ODOR KILL & Stain Remover. Mix is highly effective for 90 days after mixing.

The Concentrate is effective for 36+ months in the concentrate form.

DO NOT SWALLOW - will cause stomach and intestinal discomfort. For maximum life, store between 35F (2C) and 110F (38C)

It leaves NO residual odor - The area is completely odor free 10 to 15 minutes after treatment. It has a slight organic lemon scent added so that you know the product is being applied.

Here are a few reminders and tips about how to apply ATX’s Odor Kill and Stain Remover 

ATX’s Odor Kill & Stain Remover works on the Pac Man Concept 

The key is to get the Odor Kill solution in direct contact with the organic odor & stain molecules.  The Odor kill solution of multiple enzyme systems and molecules functions just like little "Pac Men," which very aggressively attack and digest the organic matter molecules.  The Odor Kill enzyme/molecules must come in contact with the organic matter molecules in order to digest them.  They work in the presence of food (organic matter), oxygen and water.  When the area dries, the enzymes cease functioning and cannot be regenerated with water. 

Once the enzymes are stimulated by the addition of oxygen and nutrients, the enzyme population grows, using the contaminated compounds as the food source.  This process breaks down the contaminates into carbon dioxide and water.  Once the contaminates are depleted, or the area dries, the enzymes are deprived of their food source, and are reduced to inconsequential numbers. 

Just follow the directions that are included with each shipment.  

Establish the Severity of the Problem on a Scale of 10 to 0 --- using your nose 

Before you start, establish the severity of the problem: on a scale of 10 to 0 using your nose…10 being the current condition (the worst) and 0 being an odor or stain free site (the best).

Treat the affected sites (s) and check back in a few hours. Did it improve? How much?  If only by a few points, you'll have to give it another treatment, because the solution did not reach or penetrate into the entire mal odor or stain molecules in the affected sites.  

It is important to note, that you did make progress with this first treatment.  Keep treating the site (s) and be sure to get the solution deep enough into each effected surfaces. 

In about 90% of the cases, only one treatment of the ATX’s solution will completely clean the site of organic stains and odors.
