How do I remove Mold and Mildew//Mothball Odors and Stains On Shoes & other Leather items?
Mold and Mildew//Mothball Odors and Stains On Shoes & other Leather items.
1. Start with one pair of shoes to try. Mix a solution of 10 parts warm water with 1 part "ATX’s Odor-Kill and Stain Remover" TM (ATX ODOR KILL).
2. Spray the 10:1 solution of ATX ODOR KILL on the outside and the inside of the shoes. Dampen a jay cloth (or something similar) and wipe off the shoes both inside and out. Rinse out the jay cloth and wring it out so that it is damp. Repeat this process taking care to especially treat the inside of the shoes.
3. Re-spray the 10:1 solution on the outside and inside of the shoes. Do not wipe off. Let them set and dry, but not near heat (a radiator, for example). The moldy smell will probably be very apparent at this time. The enzyme/microbes are on the attack and working. Wet leather also has a smell of its own.
4. After the shoes are dry, smell them. They should smell much, much better and hopefully no more treatment will be needed, if so, just repeat steps 2,3,4. Then just polish them to replenish the oils in the leather
How do I remove Mold and Mildew Removed from Wooden Knife Handles?
Mold and Mildew Removed from Wooden Knife Handles
Worked Phenomenal
I want to thank you for the information on the product of ATX’s Odor Kill & Stain Remover.
I followed your directions almost to the "T" except for the following: I used a solution of 5 part water to one part ATX’s Odor Kill, and soaked the knives for 6 hours.
I also kept the knives handles wrapped in a soaked cloth for 24 hours instead of the 12 hours you recommended. Now there were 18 carving knives, 2 - 16" bread knives and 4 miscellanies boning knives, which add up to be quite a few $'s, your product worked phenomenal on taking the mildew or mold smell out of the wooden handles.
I only had to use your product once, instead of the 2-3 times you recommended to take the smell out of the wooden handles! Your
Product Really Did Do All You Said It Would Do!! The cost of ATX’s Odor Kill, wouldn't compare to the cost of the knives, if they had to be replaced. Thanks again for all of your help and knowledge.
I was telling a friend, who owns a used car lot, he said that he may try your product for cleaning the carpets of the cars he sells.
You do have my permission to use my testimonial to your add for it is the truth.
Thank You Again

Repeat the next day. May have to treat it daily like that for a while and then a couple times a month. They need to be aware that wet wood will have a smell of its own. ********

How do I remove Mildew stains on Auto Cloth Vinyl Top?
Mildew stains on Auto Cloth Vinyl Top
We have had excellent success with mold and mildew removal. It is hard to say exactly what will happen with your car top. I definitely think it is worth a try. I'd just start with our 8-oz bottle and try it in a hidden spot. Mix it 5 parts water and 1 part odor kill. Spray it on and use a scrub brush to gently clean the fabric.
Let it sit on the fabric and slowly dry. Maybe also put an old clean towel that has been soaked with OK over the spot and let it continue to work. Odor kill works best in a 70-100 degree environment. It is water based with a neutral pH of 7.0. It uses enzymes to digest the mold and mildew.
We offer a money back guarantee, see below. Please let me know your results
