How do I remove Smoke Odors on a Piano?

Smoke Odors on a Piano.

The key is that the mixed solution must come in contact with the smoke in order for it to digest the smoke molecules.

If there is residual smoke that could not be reached by Odor Kill, it will not be digested and removed.

So, it will be important o get the solution as deep as possible into the piano. Mix it 20 parts water and 1 part odor kill in a clean spray bottle. Generously spray the entire area.

Then rub it in with your hands where possible, and let dry slowly. The enzyme solution is working when it has moisture. It stops working when it dries.

Note: This is a water-based product, so if small amounts of sprayed water will damage the piano, then don't use it.

After drying check for smoke odors and smell.

Re-apply if necessary. We also have directions on our site, which you can refer to.
