How do I remove Dead Squirrel in the Chimney?

Dead Squirrel in the Chimney

We have experience with this kind of application because ATX ODOR KILL was successfully used on dead skunks under a building.

Since the skunks were on the ground the ATX ODOR KILL was able to stay on and surround the unfortunate "critters."

Our thoughts are that you get the moth balls out of the chimney (I suppose by removing the plastic and letting them fall down). (Moth balls contribute to the mal smell, many people use ATX ODOR KILL to remove the moth ball smell.) Mix a 10 to 1 solution of ATX ODOR KILL and pour it slowly onto the dead squirrel.

Just mop up the excess solution at the bottom of the fireplace. This might take a few trips up on the roof to pour a solution onto the squirrel for the first few days.

Also, there may be an immediate off gassing smell. As the animal decomposes it may finally fall out of the chimney.

Then wash down the chimney with a solution of 15 to 1 one or two times and that should do it.
