How do I remove Smoke Odors in Wood Furniture/ chairs Sofas?

Smoke Odors in Wood Furniture/ chairs Sofas

Odor Kill should do the job for you. It loves to digest smoke odors. It is safe to apply on any water safe surface.

The key is that the mixed solution must come in contact with the smoke odors in order for it to digest them. If there is residual smoke that could not be reached by Odor Kill, it will not be digested and removed.

So, it will be important to get the solution as deep as possible into the furniture. Since this is water based, be sure water will not damage the surface.

Odor kill does not include any strong chemicals and it has a neutral pH of 7.0. It does include some mild soap. I suggest that you will have to spray a light to medium mist on the furniture, let it stay on it for 2-5 minutes, rub it off and check it. Reapply as necessary.

Use your nose to tell if it has been removed. The smoke molecules usually do not permeate very deeply into the wood.

Mix it 20 parts water and 1 part odor kill in a clean spray bottle. The enzyme solution is working when it has moisture. It stops working when it dries.

After drying check for smoke odors. Reapply if necessary. We also have directions on our site, which you can refer to.
